Welcome to our special section all about our school Eco-Warriors!

Two Eco -warriors were selected from each class from Primary 4-7. They are helping us to work towards our Green Flag Award. Each week, our Eco-Warriors monitor the energy levels being used in all classrooms throughout the school. They ensure that lights are switched off when not in use, doors remain closed and unused equipment isn’t left running. Our Eco-Warriors work hard to make sure all pupils at Cedar work together to make our school more energy efficient!

We have already achieved the Silver Award and to help us achieve our Green Flag Award, this year we are focusing on making more use of our Outdoor Learning areas and equipment. Outdoor lessons are good for the environment- and they're a lot of fun!
